Can I take IBgard before bed?
Been taking one in the morning and one before bed for about three weeks or so.
A couple of days I took a third dose at mid-day.
My poor, old gut feels calm and relaxed..

The pills are egg-shaped gel-type with the peppermint oil inside, so they’re relatively easy to swallow. Unlike IBGard, they don’t have a strong peppermint odor. They smell a bit sweet. I DO have first-hand experience- their contents IS actually peppermint oil, and it’s strong!
